There are moments in life when we can sense that something isn’t fully working anymore, whether in our relationships, our sense of self, our sexuality, or simply in the way we move through the world. I work with individuals and couples who are longing for more connection, authenticity, ease, and aliveness in their lives and relationships.

As a somatic therapist, I bring a body-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy that helps clients deepen self-awareness, navigate anxiety and life transitions, strengthen self-esteem, and explore sexuality with curiosity and compassion. Together, we slow down enough to notice the patterns, protective strategies, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck or disconnected. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelm, relational conflict, shame, intimacy challenges, or simply wanting to feel more grounded in yourself, I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

I believe intimacy, pleasure, and connection are deeply human needs and yet they’re often where we carry the most shame, confusion, and self-doubt. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their values, build nervous system regulation and resilience, and explore the patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others. My work supports clients in navigating anxiety, self-worth, identity, relationships, and life transitions while rewriting limiting narratives around sexuality, connection, and what it means to live in alignment with what matters. I also hold awareness of the broader sociocultural contexts that shape our experiences, relationships, and sense of self, helping clients move toward more integrated and empowered ways of being.

I hold a Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and have advanced clinical training in the Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy model, which offers a holistic, body-centered lens on sexuality and relational healing. I have also trained in Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C), a dynamic approach that supports partners in shifting patterns and building emotional resilience together. My background in Authentic Movement, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness also informs my work and the way I understand healing as something that happens not only through insight, but through embodied experience.

In our work together, I offer psychoeducation, embodiment and mindfulness practices, practical tools, curiosity, and compassionate accountability—but most importantly, I’ll meet you as a real human being. Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we can begin relating to ourselves with honesty and compassion while also letting ourselves be witnessed and tended to by another.

I welcome clients of all identities and relationship structures, including queer, LGBTQ+, and non-monogamous individuals and partnerships. My practice is sex-positive, shame-resilient, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we show up fully—body, mind, and heart.
